Mondays: Little Miracles
Little Miracles is a charity which supports local families with children or young adults with additional needs or disabilities. They run parent support sessions and play sessions for children, as well as providing special days out and events for their members. They can also support your family by linking you with other professionals and services.
You need to sign up with Little Miracles to access details of their sessions and events, most of which are based at Love’s Farm House. Combining Acro with elements of street, jazz and commercial dance, this class is for all abilities from ages 5 to 14 years.

Love’s Farm Runners is a supportive and friendly beginners running club for people aged 12 years and upwards. Meet at Station Square at 8pm on Tuesday and Wednesday to warm up before going out for a run.

Wednesdays 9.35am – 10.20am: Fit Mum
£30 for a 6-week Block, booking essential
Fit Mums is a post-natal exercise class for mums with babies and toddlers. The 45-minute class will give you a full-body workout, focusing on effective exercises to support your body post-pregnancy by improving strength, balance, energy levels, core, pelvic floor, posture and general fitness levels. The session uses a variety of equipment and is taught by a pre- and post-natal specialist instructor. Exercises are done to fun music and give you an opportunity to work out in a safe environment and meet new friends. Babies are welcome to stay in their buggy or car seat, or they can come and play on the mats with the toys provided.

Wednesdays 9.30am to 1.30pm: Everyone Health
Free
Everyone Health work with the NHS to provide the Health Trainer programme, which is completely FREE for everyone to access. Health trainers can provide one-to-one support with healthy eating, losing weight, exercise plans, stopping smoking, reducing stress, cutting down on alcohol and much more. Your health trainer will meet with you up to six times over the course of a year to give you advice and support to achieve your health-related goals. Clinics run on Wednesdays at Love’s Farm House, by appointment only.

Tiny Talk baby signing classes are fun, interactive and are designed to teach you and your baby how to communicate with each other before little ones can talk. The sessions introduce British Sign Language (BSL) signs through singing popular nursery rhymes and songs. Each week follows a theme, which could be anything from “the family” to “going to the farm”. Classes incorporate sensory activities to encourage hand-eye co-ordination and fine motor skills.

A family friendly club operating under the umbrella of Dragon Black Belt Academy International, teaching martial arts in a relaxed atmosphere. FitSteps is an energetic, up-beat dance fitness programme featuring all your favourite Strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. Suitable for adults of all ages and abilities. You will have so much fun, you won’t even realise you are getting fit! Feel “fab-u-lous” with FitSteps with Lynne!
The 2pm and 7.15pm classes are general FitSteps for all abilities (ages 16+). The 8.15pm class follows the FitSteps TONE programme, where you can improve your balance and posture while learning the same dance moves used in the regular FitSteps classes.

Tai Chi for mind and body, self-defence and healing. Taught by Master Savannah, who has 23 years’ experience as a Tai Chi instructor, this class will be fun, relaxing and informative.
Tai chi is a low impact martial art, where you will learn self defence without the use of force. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Tai chi has numerous health benefits and helps with balance, posture, flexibility and co-ordination. In this Tai Chi class you will learn how to use Tai Chi to help relieve headaches, migraines, toothache and pain in all parts of your body. It can also help with numerous other physical and mental health issues and sleep problems.

Creative Contemporary Dance (Ages 5-8): 3.45pm
This class aims to turn creativity into expressive dance, allowing children to collaborate with others and come up with their own choreography. The class involves aspects of the visual arts and lets children freely use their own imagination through contemporary dance.
Contemporary Dance (Ages 9-12): 4.35pm
This class combines technique with choreography. It allows expression through mind, body and dance as well as collaboration with others.

Ages 7-10
Brownies is about trying new things that teach girls about themselves, their community and their world. Girls go along to camps, day trips and sleepovers. They get together with friends at regular meetings where they learn new hobbies, get creative, explore other cultures and have outdoor adventures. Girls also choose from interest badges related to things they want to know more about.

Guides have an exciting and varied programme designed to inspire and challenge girls from 10-14. What you do in Guides is up to you, from taking part in lots of exciting activities at regular meetings to special events and trips away. You will choose from different badges and awards which will help you learn new skills and try new challenges, making great friends along the way.

2nd & 3rd Thursday of the month 7.35-9.30pm: Confident Birth “Heart of Hypnobirthing” – Hypnobirthing Essential Skills Course
£125 per couple
This fast-track course contains the heart of all hypnobirthing skills found within a full Confident Birth Course, except that this intensive version is ideal if you are close to your due date or are already taking an antenatal course and would like to learn hypnobirthing skills to support you in preparing for a more calm and comfortable birth experience.
This course will help you to wave goodbye to those feelings of dread about “the most painful day of your life” so that you can really start looking forward to your baby’s birth, because you know you’ve got this! You’ll have super calm birth skills, birth-changing knowledge, pro-partner support, the confidence of a birthing queen and tons more!

Baby yoga is lots of fun for parents and babies. It’s a great activity that helps to develop baby’s balance, co-ordination and motor skills and strengthens their core muscles. It’s also wonderful for relaxing babies and can help with sleep, wind and colic. In the classes you will learn a series of baby yoga moves that are fun to do, with lovely songs and rhymes to entertain your baby. The sessions also include postnatal stretches and some relaxation time at the end!

Coderdojo provides monthly computer coding sessions for children aged 7-17. Children will use Scratch, a visual programming tool, to learn basic coding. All they need is a laptop (and a parent if they’re under 12).
Sessions are normally on the last Saturday of every month, but please check the What’s On Guide for specific dates. Sign up to St Neots Coderdojo to join the Dojo and be notified of future sessions.

You’ll be up-skilling your birth-prep bag by adding an essential breathing technique, plus proven tips for making birth more comfortable. We’ll finish the session with a blissful and baby-bonding hypnobirthing relaxation, all wrapped up in a dreamy mist of essential oils.

£45 for a 6-week block
Pregnancy Pilates aims to help reduce aches and pains throughout pregnancy and will help strengthen and lengthen the muscles to aid pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. The class consists of 45 minutes of pregnancy pilates and 15 minutes focusing on specific breathing techniques and all-important relaxation.
The class is suitable from 12 weeks pregnant, and can be continued up until birth. The class is adapted to suit all levels and abilities. It also gives you the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be in a safe and friendly environment.
