2nd & 3rd Thursday of the month 7.45-9pm: Confident Birth Hypnobirthing Calm & Comfort Birth Workshop
So word on the Mums block is that “birth is the most painful thing you’ll ever do”, yep, and not only that but you’ll have to “ditch your dignity at the door” and don’t even think about complaining about it because every other mother has “just got on with it.” Throw in a few birth horror stories from your auntie, your mate and Sue next-door…I mean, is it really any wonder that we are terrified of giving birth?
This one-off workshop about how to create calm and comfort during your birth is the sigh of relief you didn’t even think was possible. You’ll feel so much lighter and empowered once you realise that there are things you can actually do to ease the intensity of labour and to nurture your comfort levels so that you can make your baby’s birth a positive and calm experience.
There are just 4 spaces for each session. Please choose EITHER the 8th OR 15th October workshop date and book your place via https://www.yourconfidentbirth.co.uk/bookings-checkout/calm-comfort, or visit https://www.facebook.com/confidentbirthhypnobirthingstneots for more information.
Baby yoga is lots of fun for parents and babies. It’s a great activity that helps to develop baby’s balance, co-ordination and motor skills and strengthens their core muscles. It’s also wonderful for relaxing babies and can help with sleep, wind and colic. In the classes you will learn a series of baby yoga moves that are fun to do, with lovely songs and rhymes to entertain your baby. The sessions also include postnatal stretches and some relaxation time at the end!
