Multi-sensory, developmentally directed, musical storytelling sessions for small people and their grown ups. Designed by experts, fuelled by magic, delivered with love.

Mondays 5.30-7pm: 2nd St Neots Cubs
Ages 8 – 10.5years
Cubs offers children a varied and valuable programme, giving them practical skills, and making them think in new ways. It’s always fun, Its full of adventure and it’s about building great memories of childhood.

Mondays 7-8pm: Love’s Farm Zumba
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class. Cardio-based workout with sculpting exercises designed to burn calories and tone the entire body. £5 per class or £25 for a block of six. Contact Nicola Ashby on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mondays 8-9pm: Fitness Pilates
£40 for six weeks (can be used over 8 weeks)
Fitness Pilates is a functional approach to traditional Pilates. It focuses on improving posture, mobility, flexibility, muscle tone and is known to prevent and rehabilitate injuries. Booking is essential. Contact Nicola Ashby on email@example.com.

Pop in for tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cake, lovingly baked and served in the foyer by our team of volunteers.
Tuesdays 10am & 11.20am: Baby Sensory
£70 for 10 classes
Baby Sensory introduces you and your baby (0-13 months) to a world of rich and varied sensory experiences through a wide range of creative, imagination and exciting activities and tools, all to encourage learning and development in those precious early months.

The bpha Housing Officer Gerry is available for you to drop in and can help you get the answer to your housing queries.

Pilates can quite literally help EVERYBODY. From people with limited mobility looking to gain more flexibility, right through to bodybuilders looking to improve strength and general fitness.

£12 per year
Love’s Farm Runners is a supportive and friendly beginners running club for people aged 12 years and upwards. Meet at Station Square at 8pm to warm up before going out for a run.
Wednesdays 3.30pm: Minilinguals
Ages 3 months to Pre-School, £45 for 10 classes.
Exciting, engaging musical Spanish classes for ages 3 months to 7 years. Learning through movement, music, fun and games.
Wednesdays 10.30am and 11.30am: Tiny Tots Dance Classes
Ages Walking to Pre-School, £4.50 per session (or 6 classes for £24)
In these unique ballet classes, girls and boys are introduced to ballet positions and techniques that will build a strong foundation for years to come. Props such as ribbons, bean bags, instruments and scarves will encourage your child’s sense of play and dance. Parents and carers are encouraged to join in as much as possible. Your Tiny Dancer will emerge into a confident soloist, develop good motor skills and learn songs for appropriate stretching on the body. Each week the class travels on a new adventure. Leotards, tutus, ballet slippers and other dancewear are welcome but not compulsory!
Wednesdays 1:30 to 3pm: Love’s Farm Starlings
£2 per family (or one voucher). Concessionary vouchers and free places are available for families in receipt of some benefits. There is no charge for Baby Weighing
A drop-in session with play based activities that change weekly. Regular baby weighing with a Health Visitor on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 1.30-2.45pm.
Wednesdays 5:30 to 7pm: St Neots Tang Soo Do Karate
£4.50 per person or £9 per family
A family friendly club operating under the umbrella of Dragon Black Belt Academy International, teaching martial arts in a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is welcome from age 6 to adults, with no upper age limit. All grades and ages train together under the instruction of two Master instructors (4th and 5th Dan black belts).

Child & Me Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class for parents / carers and their babies and toddlers (ages 0-5 years). Children can join in with the dancing, play with the instruments provided, or just sit comfortably in their buggy while their parents enjoy a dance workout. Come and join the party!
Yogabellies Mum and Baby classes are designed to safely rebalance and restore the postnatal body, improve your inner and outer strength and help relieve exhaustion. Whilst bonding with your little one help them develop physically and stimulate their senses through a mixture of fun, laughter and beautiful relaxation for you both. Followed up with a cuppa and a natter!
Classes are run by Niki Carmichael who, as well as being a Yoga Instructor, is also a qualified Midwife and Mum of two.

First Friday of the month 7:30pm: Karaoke Night
Can you sing like Adele, dance like Michael Jackson and light up the stage like Beyonce? Then you’ve come to the wrong place. This is Karaoke at its most primordial. Leave your self respect at home and be prepared to put your back into it.
Second Friday of the month 7:30pm: Games Night
Pit your wits or master your back spin. On the second Friday of the month at the Farm House Bar we’ll have table tennis and a selection of board games to play, or bring your own. Come with friends or make some new ones.
Third Friday of the month 7:30pm: St Neots Film Club
St Neots Film Club is a chance for people to watch good films together, enjoy a drink and join in a post-film discussion.
Last Friday of the month 7:30pm: Love’s Farm Quiz Night
Meet your neighbours, make friends and get into an argument about reindeer… The LFCA quiz is always a high point of the Love’s Farm social calendar. Bar open from 7.30pm, quiz starts approx 8pm. Maximum 6 per team, £1 per person. Don’t worry if you don’t have a team – there’s always someone you can join forces with!
Saturdays 8-9am: Nia – The Joy of Movement
£8 per session or £24 for four weeks
Gift yourself a nice Saturday morning and wake up your body with dancing Nia. Nia is a fusion fitness class which draws from the wisdom of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. During the classes you can connect to your body, relax your thinking mind, experiment with your emotions and have fun.
After the Nia class you can start your day energised. We can have a nurturing Lazy Breakfast together as well.
Saturdays 9 – 11am: Lazy Breakfast
Join us in the foyer for pastries, bacon butties, great coffee and speciality teas. Everything you need to start your weekend gently.

Come when you can, leave when you need to, come back if you want
Hosted by Helene, the Love’s Farm Community Chaplain, Breakfast Church welcomes all ages to come and eat breakfast, read the papers, explore questions about life, faith and doubt and consider how an ancient story relates today.
Sundays 6.45pm: Yogabellies – Pregnancy Yoga
Yogabellies is more than just a yoga class, but also training in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood. Classes are gentle and safe for all women, whether experienced or completely new to yoga.
Pregnancy Yoga is a 75 minute antenatal class with topic discussions, breathing techniques, birth preparation and gentle modified yoga practice. The class offers you the chance to relax, connect with your baby and embrace your entire pregnancy and birth experience. Classes are taught by Niki Carmichael who, as well as being a Yoga Instructor, is also a qualified Midwife and Mum of two.
