Little MiraclesMondays: Little Miracles

Little Miracles is a charity which supports local families with children or young adults with additional needs or disabilities. They run parent support sessions and play sessions for children, as well as providing special days out and events for their members. They can also support your family by linking you with other professionals and services.

You need to sign up with Little Miracles to access details of their sessions and events, most of which are based at Love’s Farm House. If you are a family with a child or young adult who has additional needs or disabilities you can contact Little Miracles on stneots@littlemiraclescharity.org.uk or via their Facebook page to sign up and find out how they can help you.

Brain UpMondays 5.30-6.30pm: Brain Up Abacus Mental Maths

Age 5-13 Years, £60 per month + registration fee

Brain Up is a unique mental maths programme offering to help children excel at mental arithmetic. The curriculum is based on both traditional and multimedia teaching methods in order to stimulate both sides of the brain using visualisation of the abacus. Abacus maths is an easy, efficient way for children to master mental arithmetic.

karate club logoMondays 6-7pm: Sakura Shotokan Karate Club Cambridge

The Sakura Shotokan Karate Club is a friendly club teaching Karate and Self Defence, and is run by Sensei Lucas, a Double World Karate Champion (London 2017, Portugal 2018). The club is currently adults-only but is looking to expand to accept children and families (please ask).

Tots N Tunes

Tuesdays 1.30pm-2.15pm: Tots N Tunes

Ages crawling to pre-school, £5 per child / £2.50 per sibling (Childminders £4 per child / £2 for additional children)

Tots N Tunes introduces children to the FUNdamentals of music. Throughout the session there are lots of instruments for the children to get to grips with, including tambourines, bells and shakers. Through playing instruments and dancing to well-known songs and nursery rhymes, the children learn the basics of rhythm and dynamics while having lots of fun. The session finishes with a cool down with gentle music to help your little one to relax and unwind.

Shining Stars is a recently registered charity that provides support for children with a disability, life threatening and / or life limiting illness in St Neots and Cambridgeshire. NJ Fitness

Wednesdays 9.25am – 10.10am: Fit Mum

£30 for a 6-week Block, booking essential

Fit Mums is a post-natal exercise class for mums with babies and toddlers. The 45-minute class will give you a full-body workout, focusing on effective exercises to support your body post-pregnancy by improving strength, balance, energy levels, core, pelvic floor, posture and general fitness levels. The session uses a variety of equipment and is taught by a pre- and post-natal specialist instructor. Exercises are done to fun music and give you an opportunity to work out in a safe environment and meet new friends. Babies are welcome to stay in their buggy or car seat, or they can come and play on the mats with the toys provided.

Tiny Tots DanceWednesdays 10.30am: Tiny Tots Dance Classes

Ages Walking to Pre-School, £4.50 per session (or 6 classes for £24)

In these unique ballet classes, girls and boys are introduced to ballet positions and techniques that will build a strong foundation for years to come. Props such as ribbons, bean bags, instruments and scarves will encourage your child’s sense of play and dance. Parents and carers are encouraged to join in as much as possible. Your Tiny Dancer will emerge into a confident soloist, develop good motor skills and learn songs for appropriate stretching on the body. Each week the class travels on a new adventure. Leotards, tutus, ballet slippers and other dancewear are welcome but not compulsory!

Youth Cafe 2Wednesdays 3.30 to 5.30pm: Youth Cafe

School Years 7-11

A Youth Café exclusively for young people in Years 7-11. The aim is to provide a space to chat and chill, drink milkshakes, eat cake, or tea and toast – get some homework help if you need, or do some art, or play a board / card game.

Café rules apply – come and go as you want – costs are kept low – the welcome is warm!

All volunteers are DBS checked and are drawn mostly from Love’s Farm Church.


Wednesdays 5:30 to 7pm: St Neots Tang Soo Do Karate

 £4.50 per person or £9 per family

A family friendly club operating under the umbrella of Dragon Black Belt Academy International, teaching martial arts in a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is welcome from age 6 to adults, with no upper age limit. All grades and ages train together under the instruction of two Master instructors (4th and 5th Dan black belts).

Little LovesThursdays 9:30-11am : Little Loves

 £1 per family

 Little Loves is a community parent, carer and toddler group for children aged between 0-4 years, offering a range of play, crafts, songs and stories – as well as connection, calm and friendship during the roller coaster ride of parenting!

Suggested donation is £1 per family, per week to help cover rent, refreshments and running costs but you’re welcome to contribute more, or less, as you’re able – we want everyone to be able to come!

Exercises are adapted to suit all ages and development of the child, as well as suit the fitness level of the Mama. You will gradually build up your fitness level, strengthen your core and posture to rehabilitate your body after having a child. St-Neots-Business-HubThursdays (once per month) 12-2pm: St Neots Business Hub

St Neots Business Hub meetings offer peer group support for anyone growing a business. Whether you are a new business or an experienced business owner, these informal problem-solving sessions are hugely valuable.

St Neots Business Hub is a collaboration between Drive, the Partnership Network and Neotists Creative Network and are very different to other networking events in that they encourage attendees to connect and network online before attending the meeting.

Creative Contemporary Dance (Ages 5-8): 4-4.45pm

This class aims to turn creativity into expressive dance, allowing children to collaborate with others and come up with their own choreography. The class involves aspects of the visual arts and lets children freely use their own imagination through contemporary dance.

Contemporary Dance (Ages 9-12): 4.45-5.30pm

This class combines technique with choreography. It allows expression through mind, body and dance as well as collaboration with others.

BrowniesThursdays 6-7.30pm: 4th St Neots (Love’s Farm) Brownies

Ages 7-10

Brownies is about trying new things that teach girls about themselves, their community and their world. Girls go along to camps, day trips and sleepovers. They get together with friends at regular meetings where they learn new hobbies, get creative, explore other cultures and have outdoor adventures. Girls also choose from interest badges related to things they want to know more about.

Ages 10-14

Guides have an exciting and varied programme designed to inspire and challenge girls from 10-14. What you do in Guides is up to you, from taking part in lots of exciting activities at regular meetings to special events and trips away. You will choose from different badges and awards which will help you learn new skills and try new challenges, making great friends along the way.

Third Friday of the Month 2pm-3pm: Mess Around

Ages 6 months (or sitting unaided) to 5, older siblings up to age 10 welcome

£8 per child / £5 per sibling

Mess Around provides themed messy play sessions for children aged 6 months to 5 years. At every session there is lots to explore, with plenty of mess to get stuck into, for example jelly, paint, spaghetti, feathers, slime and gloop! Siblings aged up to 10 are welcome and can participate in the Big Kids Create and Make Corner, which includes arts, crafts and junk modelling activities to keep them busy! Get prepared to get messy, have fun and leave the cleaning up to us!

At the end of the session a warm wash area is provided so that you can get your little one clean again. Please bring a towel and a chance of clothes.

CoderdojoLast Saturday of the Month 3.30-5.30pm: Coderdojo (check What’s On Guide for specific dates)


Coderdojo provides monthly computer coding sessions for children aged 7-17. Children will use Scratch, a visual programming tool, to learn basic coding. All they need is a laptop (and a parent if they’re under 12).

Sessions are normally on the last Saturday of every month, but please check the What’s On Guide for specific dates. Sign up to St Neots Coderdojo to join the Dojo and be notified of future sessions.

Join the Neotists for Life Drawing classes on the first Sunday of the month at Love’s Farm House. Sessions last for two hours, starting with two-minute poses and building up to 15 minutes. Professional artist and Love’s Farm resident Stephen Molyneaux will be on hand to offer advice between poses. Yogabellies LogoSundays 6.45pm: Yogabellies – Pregnancy Yoga

Yogabellies is more than just a yoga class, but also training in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood. Classes are gentle and safe for all women, whether experienced or completely new to yoga.

Pregnancy Yoga is a 75 minute antenatal class with topic discussions, breathing techniques, birth preparation and gentle modified yoga practice. The class offers you the chance to relax, connect with your baby and embrace your entire pregnancy and birth experience. Classes are taught by Niki Carmichael who, as well as being a Yoga Instructor, is also a qualified Midwife and Mum of two.
