Mondays 5pm: Broadway Boogie KIDS
£5 per class, free trial available
Broadway Boogie KIDS is a fun and energetic dance fitness class for 4-13 year olds. Inspired by all things stage and screen, the programme incorporates musical theatre with the principles of fitness, offering a workout that will leave everyone wanting more.
The class will allow children to grow in confidence, portray a variety of their favourite characters and use movement to create their own Broadway show. We provide all class choreography and have ensured that it is age appropriate. There are elements of the class where children can really use their imagination to create their own choreography, stories and characters.

Mondays 6.15-7pm: Lift Lean
£35 for a 6-week block (can be used over 7 weeks)
Lift Lean is a weights-based class that is designed to help strengthen and tone your muscles. The class will give you a full body workout to great music! You will need to bring a pair of dumbbells but all other equipment is provided.
This class is for mixed abilities and suits all levels of fitness.

Mondays 7-7.45pm: Love’s Farm Zumba
£35 for six classes (to be used within 7 weeks).
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class. Cardio-based workout with sculpting exercises designed to burn calories and tone the entire body. The lights go down, disco lights on and the music goes UP UP UP.

Fitness Pilates is a functional approach to traditional Pilates. It focuses on improving posture, mobility, flexibility, muscle tone and is known to prevent and rehabilitate injuries. Booking is essential.

First Monday of the Month 6pm-8pm: Financial Advice Sessions
Free 30 Minute Sessions, beginning Monday 8th April

Join us on Tuesday mornings for coffee, a selection of teas, hot chocolate and delicious pastries. Relax with your friends and neighbours, bring a newspaper, or borrow a book from our micro library.
On the 2nd, 4th & 5th Tuesdays of each month we will be joined by Little Dutch Bites, who will be offering their delicious poffertjes (mini Dutch pancakes) in addition to our normal cafe menu. Keep an eye on our social media channels for more information.

Baby yoga is lots of fun for parents and babies. It’s a great activity that helps to develop baby’s balance, co-ordination and motor skills and strengthens their core muscles. It’s also wonderful for relaxing babies and can help with sleep, wind and colic. In the classes you will learn a series of baby yoga moves that are fun to do, with lovely songs and rhymes to entertain your baby. The sessions also include postnatal stretches and some relaxation time at the end!

First Tuesday of the Month 9.30am-12noon: bpha Community Catch-Ups
Pop in for a catch-up with the bpha Community Engagement Team, have your questions answered and find out what activities and events are coming up in your area.

Love’s Farm Runners is a supportive and friendly beginners running club for people aged 12 years and upwards. Meet at Station Square at 8pm on Tuesdays to warm up before going out for a run.
Complete beginners, look out for the Couch 2 5k courses which the club run regularly and which start at 8pm at the MUGA.

Wednesdays 9.35am – 10.20am: Fit Mum
£40 for a 6-week block, booking essential
Fit Mums is a post-natal exercise class for mums with babies and toddlers. The 45-minute class will give you a full-body workout, focusing on effective exercises to support your body post-pregnancy by improving strength, balance, energy levels, core, pelvic floor, posture and general fitness levels. The session uses a variety of equipment and is taught by a pre- and post-natal specialist instructor. Exercises are done to fun music and give you an opportunity to work out in a safe environment and meet new friends. Babies are welcome to stay in their buggy or car seat, or they can come and play on the mats with the toys provided.

Wednesdays 10.30am – 11.30am: Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates will teach you the skills to improve your posture, balance and mobility, focusing on strengthening your core and preventing injuries. Classes include a relaxation session at the end. Classes are mixed ability, with plenty of options to challenge you at the correct intensity.

Wednesdays 9.30am to 1.30pm: Healthy You
Free
Healthy You works with the NHS to provide the Health Trainer programme, which is completely FREE for everyone to access. Health trainers can provide one-to-one support with healthy eating, losing weight, exercise plans, stopping smoking, reducing stress, cutting down on alcohol and much more. Your health trainer will meet with you up to six times over the course of a year to give you advice and support to achieve your health-related goals. Clinics run on Wednesdays at Love’s Farm House, by appointment only.

Youth Cafe is returning from Wednesday 6th March under the new management of the youth team from St Neots Town Council! There will be the usual yummy food and soft drinks at heavily subsidised prices, games and activities and lots of good company.

Wednesdays 5:30 to 7pm: Love’s Farm Tang Soo Do Karate
£4.50 per person or £9 per family
A family friendly club operating under the umbrella of Dragon Black Belt Academy International, teaching martial arts in a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is welcome from age 6 to adults, with no upper age limit. All grades and ages train together under the instruction of two Master instructors (4th and 5th Dan black belts).

Little Loves is a community parent, carer and toddler group for children aged between 0-4 years, offering a range of play, crafts, songs and stories – as well as connection, calm and friendship during the roller coaster ride of parenting!
Places are limited, so early arrival is suggested.
Suggested donation is £2 per family, per week to help cover rent, refreshments and running costs but you’re welcome to contribute more, or less, as you’re able – we want everyone to be able to come!

Thursdays 6-7.30pm: 4th St Neots (Love’s Farm) Brownies
Ages 7-10
Brownies is about trying new things that teach girls about themselves, their community and their world. Girls go along to camps, day trips and sleepovers. They get together with friends at regular meetings where they learn new hobbies, get creative, explore other cultures and have outdoor adventures. Girls also choose from interest badges related to things they want to know more about.

Ages 10-14
Guides have an exciting and varied programme designed to inspire and challenge girls from 10-14. What you do in Guides is up to you, from taking part in lots of exciting activities at regular meetings to special events and trips away. You will choose from different badges and awards which will help you learn new skills and try new challenges, making great friends along the way.
