Ever wondered who lived in Love’s Farm before it became Love’s Farm? Before the construction of the development a team of archaeologists took part in the biggest archaeological operation ever to be undertaken in St Neots and one of the biggest in the country, right here on Love’s Farm. They unearthed Roman pottery, jewellery and even a headless horse! The Final Report on the excavation has now been published and the man in charge, Mark Hinman, will be joining St Neots Local History Society for a talk about the Archaeology of Love’s Farm.

The talk will take place in the hall at Love’s Farm House on Friday 14 June from 7.30pm. The bar will be open for refreshments, so come along and find out about the history of our Love’s Farm!

Tickets cost £5 and can be purchased from St Neots Museum, at St Neots Local History Society Meetings, or (subject to availability) on the door.
