Happy New Year from Love’s Farm House

Happy New Year to all of our customers!

There’s lots going on at Love’s Farm House this January. We’re back to normal from Monday 6 January after the Christmas break, with our packed schedule of fitness classes, toddler groups and children’s activities. You can find our monthly schedule on our What’s On page, there’s something for everyone.

Disney’s Aladdin (PG) will be showing at Kids’ Film Club on Friday 10 January.

If you’re easing yourself into the year gently, we have plenty of activities for you too. Why not keep the kids entertained by bringing them along to the Kids’ Film Club on Friday 10 January for our showing of Disney’s Aladdin (PG). The bar will be open from 6pm and the film starts at 6.30pm, only £5 per child and accompanying adults are free (all children must be accompanied by a parent or carer). No need to book in advance, just come along.

This month’s read for the Love’s Farm Book Club is The Tattooist of Auschwitz by Heather Morris. The club will be meeting to chat about the book and drink gin (other beverages also available!) on Friday 17 January from 7.45pm. For the non-literary-minded the bar will be open as usual in the foyer. If you want to get a head start on February’s Book Club, it will be a Valentine’s special to discuss The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks (Friday 21 February at 7.45pm).

The Farm House Coffee Shop and Lazy Breakfast are back in January.

If you’d rather chill out with a coffee or a cold beer, don’t forget the Farm House Bar is open every Friday evening from 8pm, or you can come along to one of our cafes – Lazy Breakfast on Saturdays from 9-11am for pastries and bacon sandwiches, or the Farm House Coffee Shop on Tuesdays from 9am-12.30pm for delicious home baked cakes and cookies. The bar and café are very relaxed and everyone is welcome, so come along and meet your neighbours, they’re a friendly bunch!

Lots of exciting events are being planned for 2020, so watch this space!

And of course we have our usual packed events schedule coming up this year, from magic shows to beer nights to the Halloween Disco, which is now a Love’s Farm institution!

We hope to see you at Love’s Farm House in 2020!
