Easter Fun at Love’s Farm House

You may have two whole weeks to keep the kids entertained, but don’t worry, there’s lots going on at Love’s Farm House for adults and children alike!

Our Easter holiday show this year is a combination of balloon modelling and magic from Mr Bubbles of Bubbly Circus. Watch in awe as he creates amazing balloon models for you and your friends, then relax and be entertained with a wacky, joke-filled magic show – can you work out how he did it? Ages 3+ (younger siblings welcome but may not be able to participate in the balloon modelling). All children must be accompanied by a parent or carer. Tickets must be bought in advance and can be purchased here or from the Love’s Farm House office.

For the little ones, Tiny Tots Dance will be bringing you a fun-filled workshop based on Julia Donaldson’s story The Rhyming Rabbit on Wednesday 10th April 10-11.15am. Workshops are for ages 2-5 and include dancing, spring crafts, a snack and a story. £7 per child, places must be booked in advance. Click here for booking information.

Hartbeeps will be continuing the Spring theme with their Spring Eggstravaganza on Thursday 18th April. A spotty, wiggly, chirpy, boingy Hartbeeps celebration with plenty of eggs, bouncing, bunnies and sunshine! Sessions at 10.15am (toddling to age 5) and 11.45am (younger babies), £10 per session. Places must be booked in advance. Click here for booking information.

There is fun for the whole family in the form of Easter Chocolate Bingo on Thursday 11th April 6.30-8.30pm. Join us for bingo Love’s Farm style…bingo, chocolate and a few Love’s Farm twists! £1 per person (min 10 games). No need to book, just turn up.

On Friday 19th April at 6.30pm, St Neots Junior Film Club are bringing us a screening of Inside Out. The five emotions living in young Riley’s brain all battle to avoid a complete meltdown as she struggles to process her new life in San Francisco. This is a fantastic film, which teaches children about emotions, control and how the brain processes memories. There will be free popcorn for children, and the bar will be open for the adults. £5 per child age 3+ (accompanying adults free), no need to book.

For those who would like to delve a bit deeper into the Easter story, Love’s Farm Community Church are running lots of Easter events and you are very welcome to come along. The Easter holiday kicks off with Messy Church, straight from school on Friday 5th April (3.30-5pm) where they will be exploring the Easter story with lots of crafts, science experiments and much more. The afternoon concludes with an altogether time to recap the story, sing and pray before hot dogs for tea and cake to go! Children and their grown-ups are welcome, no need to book. On Good Friday from 10-11.30am there will be Simply Good Friday for children and their grown-ups wanting to take some time to go a bit deeper into the story of Good Friday. They will make and eat hot cross buns, tell the story and do some craft together. All are welcome but you will need a free ticket to attend. Tickets can be obtained from Helene Tame, our Community Chaplain – either message her Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/lovesfarmchaplain/ or text her on 07938 803501 to book your ticket.
