Love’s Farm House is teaming up with Shumë Bottle Emporium for an evening of discovery, celebration and straight-up enjoyment of local beers, ciders and cheeses. There will be over 30 beers and ciders to choose from including a selection from Papworth Brewery, Drawcott Brewery in Buckden, Wylde Sky in Linton, South Cambs and Three Hills in Kettering. We’ll be pairing these with the best cheeses from Suffolk, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, so get your taste buds ready for some big, bountiful flavours.

Tickets cost £15 for a sampling menu of five beers and five cheeses, with a wider range available to order at the bar.

No under 18s. 18-25-year-olds will require photo ID.

Buy tickets in advance from our online store, or in person from Shumë, Cross Keys Mews (open 9am-5pm Mon-Thu, 10am-6pm Fri-Sat, 10am-4pm Sun), or the Love’s Farm House office (weekdays 9am to 3pm).

Trustees Wanted

Love's Farm House logoLove’s Farm House is managed by Love’s Farm Community Centre CIO, a charity set up by members of LFCA and other local residents. We have our AGM coming up and would like to welcome new trustees to our board. The trustees are volunteers who take overall responsibility for the community centre: setting hire rates, managing finances, fundraising, defining policies, employing and managing staff. We also do lots of practical jobs: planning events, managing bookings, running the bar and café, helping out wherever it’s needed. There’s lots to do but it’s really rewarding.

If you’re interested in becoming a trustee (or would like to volunteer in any other way), we’d love to hear from you. Please email chair@lovesfarmhouse.co.uk or call 01480 262626. Please get in touch by 1st December.

Thanks!
Ben
