Fit Mums Post-natal Exercise Class
NJ Fitness and Massage are introducing a post-natal exercise class on Wednesday mornings at 9.25am for mums with babies and toddlers. The 45-minute class will give you a full body workout, focusing on effective exercises to support your body post-pregnancy. Babies are welcome to stay in their buggy or car seat, or they can come and play on the mats with the toys that are provided. Classes are £30 for a 6-week block, and booking is essential. Serene Baby Massage & Yoga
These baby massage and baby yoga classes on Thursday mornings are for babies aged eight weeks to pre-crawling. Love’s Farm Movie Makers
This film-making club welcomes children of all ages up to 16 who are interested in directing, producing, writing or starring in their own films. The club meets on Mondays 4-5pm. Children will learn how to use all the filming equipment, plan their own projects, grow in confidence and make new friends and have fun along the way! Sakura Shotokan Karate Club
Love’s Farm House has a new karate club! It meets every Monday from 6pm-7pm and is run by Sensei Lucas, who is a Double World Karate Champion (London 2017 and Portugal 2018). £5 per session (first session free) and must be booked in advance. Mum & Toddler Yoga
Join Yogabellies’ new Mum and Toddler Yoga class at 9:30am on Friday mornings. The sessions are fun, easy going classes where mums and their mobile little ones can practice yoga together, or toddlers can dip in and out while mum exercises. Sweaty Mama Fitness

Sweaty Mama is an effective way to exercise with your child. The sessions allow you to bond with your child while you work out, using their weight to intensify the exercise. Over the course of the sessions you will gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core to rehabilitate your body after having a baby. The fun workouts are done to upbeat music that both you and your child will love. Sessions are on Thursdays at 11.40am and cost £40 per 6-week block. Toddler Sense
From February, the fantastic Baby Sensory programme will include a new Toddler Sense class for toddlers and pre-schoolers. Toddler Sense is a whole new world of sensory stimulation, play, fun adventures and learning. The equipment encourages a wide range of skills including social, physical, emotional, creative, intellectual skills and lots more. Tiny Tots Dance have been inspired by the stories of Julia Donaldson this summer and will be running workshops on 10 August (based on The Singing Mermaid) and 24 August (based on The Smartest Giant in Town) 9.30-10.45am. There will be crafts and games as well as lots of dancing for ages 2-5 (siblings are welcome too). £6 per child, £2.40 for siblings. Places must be booked in advance, visit
For the grown ups, many of our regular exercise classes continue over the summer — check the What’s On Guide for the dates of Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and Karate. The Farm House Bar will be open as usual every Friday from 7.30pm. Come along and chat to your neighbours over a few drinks, or get stuck into one of our themed nights. On 10 August you’re invited to bring your musical instruments and singing voices for our Jam Night. The ever-popular Cocktails and Karaoke is on 3 August and 7 September, and of course you can test your knowledge at the LFCA Quiz Night on the last Friday of the month, 27 July and 31 August. On Friday 20th July St Neots Film Club will be showing Black Panther and on 17 August there’ll be a family-friendly film — watch this space for more info. Films start at 8pm, tickets cost £5 on the door.
Love’s Farm House is teaming up with Shume, the new bottle emporium in Cross Keys Mews, St Neots, for an evening of Belgian delicacies. Tickets cost £10 and include samples of five Belgian beers and five cheeses. Belgian beer specialist Bart Verhaeghe, who has 30 years experience working in the industry will be sharing his knowledge.
